Ryan and Erin Stern
Having been raised in a Christian home, Pastor Ryan embraced the gospel his senior year of high school. After graduation from Cedarville University, he joined Arbor Church (formerly Kemp Road Baptist Church) and taught high school mathematics for twelve years in Springfield, OH. In 2012, Ryan became a non-vocational elder at Arbor Church. Then in 2013, he and his family moved to the Middle East to serve the Lord there. After serving overseas for nine years, the Sterns moved back to the US and Ryan accepted a call to become a vocational pastor at Arbor Church. Over the years Ryan has earned an MA in Religion from Reformed Theological Seminary and an MDiv from Reformed Baptist Seminary. Ryan is married to his wife Erin and they have eight children.

John and Cindy Raquet
Pastor John served 14 years in the Air Force, and he earned engineering degrees from the U.S. Air Force Academy, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the University of Calgary. He is currently employed full time as an engineer developing navigation systems. He joined Arbor Church (then Kemp Road Baptist Church) in 1999 after moving to the Dayton area, and he has been an elder of the church since 2004. He is married, and he and his wife Cindy have been blessed with 8 children.

Tom and Cathi Danube
Although Pastor Tom grew up in an unbelieving home, God saw fit to save him at the age of thirteen. He went into the Air Force out of High School and then on to Cedarville College. He graduated in 1980 with a BA in Political Science. While a student, God challenged him through various professors with the doctrines of grace and the reformation faith. He joined Arbor Church (then Kemp Road Baptist Church) during his senior year. There he met his wife, Cathi, and they were married in 1981. He has served as an elder at the church since the mid '80’s, while being employed full time as a software engineer at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Brian and Heather Pinney
Pastor Brian grew up in Georgia in a loving Christian home. Upon earning a B.S. in Secondary Education from Toccoa Falls College (Toccoa, GA), and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Piedmont College (Demorest, GA), Brian went on to teach at both the private and public secondary school level. Brian moved to Washington DC in 2001, where he went on to earn a Masters in Religion from Reformed Theological Seminary. He moved to Dayton, OH in 2007 and became a deacon at Arbor Church in 2008. From 2002-2025, Brian has worked as the administrator for both Kairos Journal and BibleMesh and currently teaches Biblical Worldview to highschoolers at Providence Extension Program (a homeschool co-op). Brian accepted the call to become a vocational pastor in 2025. Brian is married to his wife Heather and they have three children.
